Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
  • During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Missed or Lost Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
  • If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • Lexie Lu is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@lexielu.com. After that, the order may already be in transit.
